HOW TO RETURN
You can return any item purchased at www.livefiers.com within 14 days from the delivery date.
This is how:
Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all the tags still attached. Use the pre-‐printed invoice included in your order and mail the item back within 14 days of the delivery date.
• It is not possible to exchange items
• Return items must be unworn. Of course you can try them on for size to see
whether they fit and whether the model is as you expected.
• Return items must be unwashed
• Add the original invoice to your return
• Returns may be shipped in your packaging; however, if items are damaged due to poor packaging a refund will not be granted
• Once we receive your returned items, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then request your refund with your card company.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, Fi(ə)rs is not able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
The necessary time for the amount to show on your card depends on your card company’s policies. You can check your refund on your online account or by contacting your Card issuer.
RETURN DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
You are entitled to return products deliver to you in the event that they are defective. You can do so within 1 month after you notice the defect. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded.
